Throughout this process, Kendra was on top of our questions and concerns. She responds as soon as possible (within minutes) and never made it feel like a question was ever dumb. Her personality and the way she engaged with me throughout this process really showed that she cared and wanted to find what was right. Every time I text I knew I was going to get an answer within 24 hours. When looking at a house she was able to quickly get me in. She was also very compassionate and loving with all of my kids struggle and was willing to be patient and allow them to come and look at The properties.

As a first time homebuyer, I was terrified going into this process. I didn't know anything about anything! I reached out to Kendra to see if she had time to help me and from the very first text she went above and beyond.

I've been looking for a house for more than a year. Kendra always found time in her schedule to do house showings with me and there were A LOT. It didn't matter what day of the week or what hour of the day I texted her. She always found time.

When it came to making offers, Kendra explained all the terminology and processes in a way that I could understand which made me feel infinitely better.

This was an insane process from our very first showing to closing day on my new home. If I could do it all again, there is no one I would have rather had by my side than Kendra. She is beyond amazing!

Working with Kendra was an excellent experience. Since day one she showed an outstanding level of professionalism. We went to see with her at least 10 properties and made 3 offers. She was very patient and always showed us that she really cared about us. There was no questions unanswered. We were able to communicate with her pretty much 24/7. This was a stressful house hunting, but thanks to Kendra's support and great work, we found an amazing property and ended up considering her a friend. I am short in words to describe how amazing Kendra managed our first house purchase.

Kendra knew that we had previously listed with a different broker and had difficulty. She went above and beyond to assist us through our listing and selling process.

Kendra put together a portfolio showing us listing comparable to ours as a single lot home and another with our home along with the other lot we had next door. By doing this we felt comfortable coming up with a price to list our home. Kendra gave us feed back after each showing. Kendra gave us a heads up when one of the last people looked at our home and we're very interested and it would probably be a cash offer. When the offer did come in late in the evening, Kendra came to our house after 7:30 in the evening to go over the offer so we could sign it due to the fact the my husband had to work the following day until 2:00 and we had to reply by 1:00.

Again, we cannot express how great Kendra not only did but how she made us feel through the entire process of selling our house.

When we are ready to start looking we will definitely will be calling Kendra. If we know anyone looking to buy or sell Kendra will be the name coming from us.

Kendra did an awesome job helping us buy our house recently. So when mom's house needed to be sold we obviously went with her again.
